Refund policy

Charming SafeKey does not offer any refunds or exchanges.  All sales are FINAL.  Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of delivery.  Please provide photo proof of damage for evidence.  Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment.
