At Charming SafeKey, I want you to be happy with your order. Please review the following policy before making your purchase.

Safety Keychains & Accessories
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, or other personal preferences.

Mystery & Curated Bundles
All mystery and curated bundle sales are final due to the nature of these products. Bundle contents may vary and are specially selected and packed for each order.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, is missing an item, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so I can resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, I may provide a replacement or refund for the affected item. If the issue was an error on my part, you will not be responsible for the cost of correcting it.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Normal Wear & Tear
Refunds or replacements are not provided for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery.
